문제

문제 정의

Exchange Online를 통해 메일 서비스를 사용하시는 고객의 시나리오입니다.

 

1) 첨부 파일이 포함된 메일은 특정 관리자에게 허가를 받아야만 전달될 수 있어야 합니다.

2) 내부 메일은 해당 조건에 영향을 받지 않아야 합니다.

 

위의 시나리오 같은 경우 Exchange Admin Center의 Mail Flow 기능을 통해 구현할 수 있습니다.

솔루션 안내

1. Exchange Admin Center에 관리자 계정으로 로그인

https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com 

사용자 계정 로그인

 

2. Mail Flow > Rules 로 이동 후 'Create a new rule'

3. 아래와 같이 조건 설정 후 Save

Name : Add on File Rules

- Condition 1 : The recipient is located > Outside the organization (외부에만 해당 규칙이 적용)

- Condition 2 : Any attachment is greater than or equal to > '1.00 KB' (1.00KB 넘는 첨부 파일에 해당 규칙이 적용)

- Action 1 : Forward the message for approval to > '특정 관리자 이름 설정' (허가를 받는 메시지를 지정 사용자에게 전달)
