문제 정의

첨부 파일을 검토하여 특정 파일 확장자인 경우 관리자에게 승인 허가를 받아야 수신인에게 전달이 가능하도록 구성해야 합니다.

솔루션 안내

1. Exchange Admin Center에 관리자 계정으로 로그인

https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com 

사용자 계정 로그인

 

2. Mail Flow > Rules 로 이동 후 'Create a new rule'

3. 아래와 같이 조건 설정 후 Save

Name : FileExtension Rules

- Condition 1 : Any attachment's file extension matches > Any attachment > file extension includes these words (모든 첨부파일의 속성을 검토하여 추가한 word와 비교하는 규칙)

- Action 1 : Forward the message for approval to > '특정 관리자 이름 설정' (허가를 받는 메시지를 지정 사용자에게 전달)
